Tapestry Nurses Residency

The 2007 revamp of the Tapestry Nurses Residence, designed by Nigel Baldwin Architects and developed by Concert Properties, included a restoration and conversion of the old VGH Nurses Residence into residential units. There were two buildings involved – the west building with 6 floors and the east building with 10. Between the two structures, the project totalled 307,000 SF and offered 230 units.
