Robert Lee YMCA & Patina

In 2010, Bosa Construction completed the Robert Lee YMCA and Patina tower, a complex heritage project developed in partnership by Concert Properties and the YMCA of Greater Vancouver, totalling 95,000 SF. This joint venture involved a renovation and expansion of the 1941 YMCA building as well as the development of a new residential tower. The new Robert Lee YMCA in downtown Vancouver features a 9,000 SF fitness area, UV filtered infinity depth pool with variable depth floor, outdoor rooftop space, squash/racquetball courts, soft floor studios designed for yoga and pilates, and a gymnasium. The Patina, connected to the Robert Lee YMCA, reaches 42 storeys offering 256 luxury residential units. Both developments sit above seven levels of underground parking.
